Practically everything that happens at Brith Sholem happens because someone volunteered to help out. Volunteers lead services, bring the challah and pastry for oneg, teach religious school, facilitate adult education discussions, chauffeur and host our student rabbi for meals, plan our holiday celebrations, organize youth group activities, and keep our facilities in good shape… and that’s just a partial list of the internally-oriented volunteer activities. Volunteers also serve as spokespersons for Brith Sholem in the wider community, represent the synagogue in coordinated efforts with other organizations such as the United Jewish Fund of Utah and the Boy Scouts, and help out at the local food bank.

If you would like to be part of the bustling crowd of Brith Sholem volunteers, please send an email to president@brithsholem.org — we’ll find a way to put your motivation and talents to good use!
